Santosh Prajapat, an environmental and social impact leader from Barwani, Madhya Pradesh, founded Satpura Initiatives to restore ecosystems and uplift communities across India. With an MBA in Operations Management, he has spearheaded large-scale carbon neutrality and tree plantation programs, planting over 2 million trees nationwide and directly supporting tribal and marginalized communities. Under his leadership, the organization has expanded to 11 states, with more than 500,000 trees planted, driving both ecological restoration and livelihood improvement. Alongside environmental work, Santosh also champions health and education initiatives, creating holistic impact at the grassroots level.
